Your staff does an awesome job. Any time I come to visit, I find my loved one happy, satisfied and well taken care of. I wish I had brought him here months before I did. I am very pleased with his care and everything North Adams Home has to offer.

Our family would like to thank you for the kindness and love shown by your entire staff to our Dad, Husband and our family. He may of only been a resident for about three months but all of you became part of our family. The love that we heard several speak of towards our loved one made us feel better about choosing North Adams. From the singing nurse to the dietary workers, all formed such a loving bond with our resident loved one. You truly touched our hearts!
